Our Mission Gorge kitchen serves as the recipe testing, preparation and catering kitchen for our family of New Zealand inspired restaurants in San Diego.


In addition to creating items for our other restaurants, we have built a fast-casual eatery and work space to serve our local neighborhood.

Our take-out menu will adapt and change as part of our testing, but you can always rely on fresh, made-from-scratch recipes and a smiling face from one of our team.
